The PX Hub specialises in offering a complete and comprehensive asset management service for Part Exchange and Assisted Move properties to UK housebuilders, 7 days a week, along with investment properties for Disposal clients.

We understand the importance of buying Part Exchange (PX) stock and agreeing on effective sales strategies on Assisted Move (AM) homes, to achieve the best price, whilst reducing financial risk and exposure. We have launched and managed, PX and AM schemes to over 100 developers. Our teams manage the acquisition and resale of these properties effectively and efficiently; from initial enquiry to legal completion, dealing with different legal systems and processes. We operate on a ‘No Sale, No Fee’ basis, assuring clients of our dedication and attention, and thus reducing their financial outlay.

As part of the group, we have access to the monthly house price indices which provide a comprehensive view of house prices across the UK, including; demand, price, market, build and stock sales. We use this, along with a minimum of two local estate agent valuations, to advise on the condition of the property and carry out in-depth market appraisals. We select local estate agents based on their market share and success of sales across the whole of the UK; we work with partners who are motivated to sell and market properties.

Our approach to asset management is to fulfil full market value in the quickest time to ensure financial certainty and decrease risk to exposure for our clients. We pride ourselves on committing to all clients’ requirements to build long-term relationships which lead to client retention. All of our clients have a dedicated Client Relationship Manager, conducting regular reviews, onsite training and building a tailored service.
